PA STATE CLEARANCES

All members of New Life who work with children in any capacity - nursery, Sunday school, VBS, youth programs, etc. - are required to have an updated Criminal Background Check, Child Abuse Clearance, and Affidavit OR FBI Clearances. If you have lived in Pennsylvania for the past 10 years, you can print and sign the affidavit PDF. If you have NOT lived in PA for the past 10 years, you will need to click the FBI Criminal History Clearance link and complete that form. These documents are valid for 5 years, so if your clearances are expired, it's time to renew them. You can easily access the necessary documents by clicking the links below.
